Putnam Plaza Shopping Center Sold by Westchester County Commercial Broker For $28 Million

NORTH SALEM NY -- The Carmel Putnam Plaza Shopping Center is under new ownership following the sale of the center by New York commercial broker, Vision Property Group LLC last quarter. Jonathan Clott and Thomas Kalensky of Vision Property Group LLC quoted the sale price of the property at $28 million.

The 193,000 square foot shopping center is located on the heavily traveled Route 6 corridor. Anchored by a 62,000 square foot Hannaford Brothers Supermarket and home to NY Sports Club, Rite-Aid, Radio Shack, Starbucks Coffee and Dress Barn, Putnam Plaza is dominant shopping center in Carmel, New York.
